One of the most productive figures in synthesizer history is the maverick engineer and creator Tom Oberheim. His endeavours can listen over hundreds of collections, decades of spearheading instrument plans, and experienced through comforts we take for allowed on an everyday premise counting preset memory and MIDI. His influence is as awesome as any and his plans have stood the test of time way better than most, with models in generation nowadays that have changed small in over 40 a long time. The sound of his instruments is unmistakable and intrinsically melodic, with a character that’s frequently portrayed as “lavish” and “gigantic”, and appropriately so.

Making a suite of instruments that does equity to this legacy displayed the most prominent challenge of all; as well as much great stuff. UVI began with a list of their favourite synths, and after following them down (not a simple thing in a few cases!) they went through hundreds of hours investigating their special sonic qualities and hand-crafting unused sounds for you to encounter. The result is 1,468 presets built on 49,252 samples, all recorded from the real equipment instruments – giving you the exceptionally best of what these instruments need to offer within the comfort of cutting edge computer programs

Included presets cover the complete array of sorts and styles, counting bounty of bread and butter patches, vintage classics and advanced staples.
