The FabFilter Saturn 2 is a multi-band distortion plug-in that can generate from subtle, clean and warm tube saturation to the wildest guitar amp effects. Saturn 2 comes with five creative FX distortion styles to process your sound in unique sonic ways. Thanks to the multiband design and with per-band feedback, Saturn 2 will bring lots of flavour to your tracks by adding dynamics, drive and tone. With the extensive modulation section of the plug-in, you will have the possibility to add subtle modulation to crossover frequencies, band levels, dynamics and tone controls with fantastic definition.
With Saturn 2 you practically get unlimited modulation possibilities thanks to its XLFOs, XY controllers sliders, EGs, envelope followers and in connection with MIDI sources you’ll have your hands full. To create modulation connections, FabFilter Saturn 2 has an easy drag and drop platform to act and visualize in real-time. The plug-in is also packed with the regular FabFilter goodies, like MIDI learn, Smart parameter interpolation that gives you smooth transitioning, nicely tuned knobs, full-screen mode with screen re-size, the ability to control surfaces like the Avid, a GPU graphics accelerator and more. The plug-in is available for VST, VST3, AU and AAX formats with 64-bit and 32-bit Windows and only 64-bit for Mac users.
