Back in the 80s, we were presented to a Japanese soon to be legend, a 12-voice, 24-oscillator analogue synthesizer. This synth gave us standard greatness and the final genuine analogue synth of its ancestry. Designed with an inadequate stylish, a need of handles made the framework a bit of a chore to program but an outside controller can be joined, cheerfully rejoining synthesists with the quickness and quick programming speed of its ever-popular kin lines.
This synth is known for a gigantic and competent analogue sound, even a few advanced surfaces; it’s basically a wonderful machine. Programming capabilities were similarly wealthy with autonomous control of 2 DCOs per voice, 2 EGs, 2 VCFs, onboard refrain and even a sequencer, even though it had limited tweakability it certainly was something special.
UVX-10P was outlined to provide all of the qualities of this famous Japanese master machine with none of the shortcomings. UVI utilized three of these perfect analogue super-synths and set off, resolutely programming and examining these wonders in high-resolution through a world-class signal chain. As with the UVX-3P they made each sample twice, with and without the built-in chorus, giving a true and flexible core foundation. This sonic spine matched with the UVI Motor results in a lavish and luxurious analogue sound; steadfast to the equipment with an advanced studio nibble.
The 10P conveys a fully-featured and fully-programmable interface donning ADSR control of UVI’s high-quality amp and multimode channel designs, numerous effects, LFO and step modulator, a superbly made library of more than 150 patches and also included a unique wave sample for you to make your own programs with it.
